Online registration is now available.
The registration management is consigned to Nishitetsu Travel Co., Ltd.

Since we have received so many abstracts from all over the world, more than
our expectation, we are afraid that we could not supply the discounted price
for the accommodation to all the participants from foreign countries.
Therefore, concerning the discounted price, we would like to support the
SPEAKERS with prior to the participants with no presentations. Thank you for
your understanding and cooperation.

The registration fee is as follows:
General --> 15,000 Japanese YEN before the July 31, 2004
20,000 Japanese YEN after the August 1, 2004
Student --> 10,000 Japanese YEN
You should show the student ID card at the conference desk.
The registration fee includes the book of abstracts and coffee break.
We will have a banquet on 7th October in Nishitetsu Grand Hotel.
Fee : 5,000 Japanese YEN for food and drink.
The fee of accompanied person is 5,000 Japanese YEN per person including
banquet and excursion.
The conference registration desk in Nishitetsu Grand Hotel will be open on
Monday, October 4, 2004 between 1 P.M. to 7 P.M. and during the conference.
