Accommodation
We are preparing enough number of rooms for the participants of the
conference and you will be able to reserve these hotels on the online
registration site which will be available in the middle of April 2004.
You can find many hotels near the conference site with reasonable
price, for example, around 8,000 Japanese YEN for a single room
per night including breakfast.
Particularly, for the PARTICIPANTS WITH PRESENTATION from foreign countries,
we will supply a certain number of rooms with some discounted price,
6,000 Japanese YEN for single room per night including breakfast, tax and
service charge and 12,000 Japanese YEN for twin room per night including
breakfast, tax and service charge in Nishitetsu Grand Hotel, where the
conference will be held.
If you need those discounted rooms, you had better be in a hurry on the
online registration site since the number of them is limited.
Note that these discounted prices will not be supplied except for the
period of the conference, from 4 October to 8 October (5 nights). So
the usual prices (12,500 Japanese YEN for single room per night) will
be applied to other day, such as 3 or 9 October.
Since we have received so many abstracts from all over the world, more than
our expectation, we are afraid that we could not supply the discounted price
for the accommodation to all the participants from foreign countries.
Therefore, concerning the discounted price, we would like to support the
SPEAKERS with prior to the participants with no presentations. Thank you for
your understanding and cooperation.
